Coaching & Reiki

I offer 1:1 coaching based on a somatic approach to tuning into the body's wisdom. This facilitates the strengthening of one's internal trust and safety and heightens the ability to transcend the often false limiting beliefs of the mind or nervous system run amok. My experience as a social worker means I may also weave in more traditional talk therapy-based approaches if that is what will best serve the client. Underlying these approaches is my belief that all human beings are beautifully unique and worthy of their dreams, and capable of (self-)love. 

I believe in approaching coaching with an experimental and curious attitude and I ask those I work with to have an open and exploratory mindset. Healing is serious work but it can also be light, fun, and playful!

I also offer Reiki, a deeply nurturing and powerful practice where energy is guided to where it’s most needed. We can discuss incorporating Reiki into a coaching package.
